Zene Strings: Great Music at a Fair Price

Zene Strings understand the importance of staying within budget, and guarantees that you will have the finest musical experience for the greatest value.  

We typically arrive 20-30 minutes before your event is scheduled so that we are ready to begin as agreed.  We start on-tiime and finish per our agreement, but will do our best to accommodate a request to extend our time if at all possible.  Time extensions will be rounded up to the next half hour time increment, with string quartets charged $250/half hour ($500/hour) and string trios $200/half hour ($400/hour).  

Weddings:

Most weddings require about one hour of music -- 20 - 30 minutes pre-wedding music, 20 - 30 minutes of music for the wedding itself, and about 10 minutes of music as the bridal party and guests exit.  Catholic and other religious wedding ceremonies are typically longer, and require 90 minutes or more.

Typically, you would have a string quartet play for both the wedding and cocktail hour (usually 2 hours total), but we have often been asked to play for the dinner portion of the event as well, with the DJ or dance band continuing the event once dinner has concluded.  We are also happy to play music for the bride and groom's first dance.

Parking/Travel :

• Within 50 miles of Rockwall TX: No travel charges
• 50 - 80 miles of Rockwall TX: $100 travel charge
• 81-100 miles of Rockwall TX: $200 travel charge
• Complimentary on-site parking required for each musician in the group

Deposit Now:

• 50% deposit to lock in your date and time (subject to availability)
• ​Deposits are refundable until 90 days before the event
• Final payment is due 7 days before event
